How long does it take to receive my gown?
Each Silque gown is handcrafted to order and delivered worldwide within 2–6 weeks, including production and shipping.
Need it sooner? A rush order service is available upon request.
Why do you offer only made-to-measure gowns?
Made-to-measure ensures your gown fits perfectly from the very first try.
Each dress is created based on your unique measurements — a process that celebrates your individuality while minimizing waste and ensuring couture-level precision.
What measurements do I need to provide?
We work with eight key measurements: bust, waist, hips, height, hollow-to-hem, dress length, sleeve length, and bra cup size.
You can add them in the Order Note during checkout or send them later via email or social message.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we offer free express worldwide shipping on all orders.
Delivery takes 7–10 business days after dispatch. Each gown is carefully packed in our signature Silque box with full tracking details.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
Yes. Minor adjustments or special requests can be made within 24 hours after purchase.
