RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At Silque Bridal, every gown is a labor of love, handcrafted specifically for you. Because we operate on a made-to-measure basis, we do not hold inventory. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. FINAL SALE POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our products, all items listed below are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind or fit issues:

Made-to-Measure Gowns: Crafted to your unique body measurements.

Customized Gowns: Designs with requested modifications (e.g., added sleeves, changed neckline).

Accessories: Veils, gloves, detachable sleeves, and bows (for hygiene reasons).

Rush Fees & Sketches: Service fees are non-refundable.
2. FIT GUARANTEE & ALTERATIONS
Bridal sizing is an art. While we strive for a perfect fit, it is standard industry practice that minor alterations may be needed to achieve a "glove-like" fit (e.g., hemming the length, taking in the waist by 1-2cm).

We do not cover the cost of third-party alterations. We recommend budgeting a small amount for final adjustments with a local seamstress.

If your gown measurements differ significantly (more than 1 inch) from the measurements you provided, please contact us immediately.
3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We stand behind our quality. In the rare event that your gown arrives with a production defect or shipping damage, please follow these steps:

Inspect: Check your gown immediately upon arrival.

Notify: Contact us at
support@silquebridal.comwithin 48 hours of delivery. -
Proof: Include clear photos/videos of the issue and your order number.
Resolution: If the defect is verified, we will offer a free repair, a replacement, or a partial refund depending on the severity of the issue.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION

Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 Hours: Once production begins (fabric is cut and materials are sourced), orders cannot be cancelled.
5. RETURN PROCESS (FOR VERIFIED DEFECTS ONLY)
If a return is authorized by our team for a defect:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

We will provide a return shipping label.

Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
