RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Made-to-Measure Gowns: Final sale, non-returnable. Each gown is handcrafted for your unique measurements.
  • Customized Gowns: Final sale, non-returnable. Personalized designs cannot be resold to another bride.
  • Accessories: Veils, gloves, detachable sleeves, bows, belts, and similar items are also final sale.
  • Sketches & Services: Sketch fees, fabric swatches, and rush order fees are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Soiled Items: Any gown or accessory returned with stains, wear, or damage caused while in the buyer’s possession cannot be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Custom & Customized Gowns: Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your gown arrives with a production defect or shipping damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Our team will assess the issue and provide a solution (repair, replacement, or store credit).

FINAL SALE

All Silque gowns and accessories are Final Sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances, except in cases of verified production defects.
