Who creates Silque gowns?
All Silque dresses are brought to life by our in-house design team. You may choose from our existing silhouettes, share inspiration photos of gowns you admire, or request our custom sketch service ($50) to see your ideas illustrated before production.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and PayPal. Installment options are available through Shop Pay with zero interest.

How long does it take to receive my gown?
Your custom dress will be completed within 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design. Rush timelines may be possible—simply reach out to our team for details
Can I send reference images?
Yes. If you have a dress you love, send us the photo and our atelier will recreate it with your measurements in mind.
What is the sketching service?
For brides who want a preview of their one-of-a-kind gown, Silque offers a personal sketch for $50. This illustration helps you visualize your design before we begin crafting.

We ask for 8 key points: bust, waist, hips, height, dress length, bicep, sleeve length, and bra cup size. Our measurement guide makes it simple to take these at home.

Do you keep gowns in stock?
Most Silque gowns are made-to-order and tailored to your measurements. This way, every dress is crafted uniquely for each bride. From time to time, we may release a few ready-to-ship pieces — contact us to check current availability.
Can I order a veil with my dress?
Yes. Our team can suggest veils that match your chosen gown. We also carry a few signature veils that pair seamlessly with any Silque silhouette.
Can I customize an existing design?
Of course. You may adjust details such as neckline, sleeves, or train length. For a fully unique gown, you can request our sketch service ($50) to bring your idea to life before production.
Sizing
How does sizing work at Silque?
Unlike traditional bridal brands, Silque specializes in made-to-measure gowns. We provide a size chart from US 0 to US 14 as a point of reference, but every dress can be cut and sewn to your exact measurements. At checkout, you can select Free Custom Sizing for a gown patterned to your body—not a generic chart.
How do I take my measurements?
We’ve created a step-by-step guide to make measuring at home simple and accurate. With just a soft measuring tape (and a friend, if you’d like some help), you can capture the 8 key measurements we need: bust, waist, hips, height, dress length, bicep, sleeve length, and bra cup size. Our guide includes video and illustration support for peace of mind.
What if my measurements don’t match a standard size?
No worries—this is exactly why Silque exists. If your proportions don’t align with a standard US size, we will craft your gown directly from your numbers. Every silhouette can be adapted to fit you beautifully.
I have a fuller bust. Which gowns are best for me?
Silque gowns are designed with both comfort and support in mind. Structured bodices, built-in cups, and corset options provide excellent bust support. Share your preferences with our stylists, and we’ll recommend silhouettes that highlight your shape while keeping you secure and confident.
What if my body changes before the wedding?
Many Silque designs include adjustable elements such as corsetry or flexible seams, allowing for about 1–2 inches of size variation. If further adjustments are needed, a local tailor can make quick alterations with ease—and our team is always available to guide you.
Orders
Can I request an urgent delivery?
Yes. For brides with very tight timelines, Silque offers rush delivery within 15–20 days (including both production and shipping). Availability depends on the design and destination, so please reach out to our team right away.
When should I place my order?
We recommend ordering your gown at least 3–4 months before your wedding date. Our standard process takes 4–8 weeks total (production + worldwide shipping), but having extra time ensures peace of mind for fittings or any small alterations.
How long does it take to receive my gown?
Your Silque dress will be completed and delivered within 4–8 weeks from the time your order is confirmed. This includes both the crafting of your gown and international shipping to your location.

Shipping Costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders above $850. Orders below this amount will incur a flat fee, displayed at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
United States: All import duties and taxes are covered by Silque. US brides will not pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Other Countries: Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Time
Once your gown is complete, shipping usually takes 7–10 business days worldwide. Every order includes tracking so you can follow your package until it safely arrives.

Returns
What is Silque’s return policy?
All Silque gowns are Final Sale. Because each dress is made-to-order and crafted to your unique measurements or custom design, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.
Can I return a made-to-measure gown?
No. A made-to-measure gown is created exclusively for your body and cannot be accepted back. To ensure accuracy, we provide a detailed measurement guide and personalized support before production begins.
Can I return a customized gown?
No. Any gown that has been customized — from fabric changes to bespoke sketches — is individually designed for you, making it ineligible for return.
What if my gown arrives with an issue?
In the rare case of a production defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Our team will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
