This website is operated by Silque Bridal. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), including additional policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You may not use our products for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws.
Any breach of these Terms may result in termination of your access to our Services.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or violation of these Terms.
Your content (excluding credit card details) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Payment information is always encrypted.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all content on the site is complete or up-to-date. Any reliance on information on this site is at your own risk.

SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS & SERVICES

All Silque gowns are made-to-order or custom-designed. For this reason, all sales are final once production begins.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in the rare case of a verified production defect.
Custom sketches, fabric swatches, and rush order fees are non-refundable.
Colors shown on screen may vary slightly from actual fabric due to variations in display and production.

SECTION 5 – ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Custom & Made-to-Measure Gowns: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Rush Orders: Non-refundable once confirmed.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Standard production & delivery: 4–8 weeks total (including tailoring and shipping).
  • Rush orders: 15–20 days, subject to design and location.
  • USA Orders: Silque covers all import duties and taxes; no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
  • Other Countries: Import duties, VAT, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Silque is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance or third-party carriers.

SECTION 7 – BILLING & PAYMENT

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and Shop Pay installments (where available).
Silque reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or incorrect details are suspected.

SECTION 8 – USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK

Any feedback, suggestions, or submissions you provide may be used by Silque without obligation to compensate you. You may not submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

SECTION 9 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10 – ERRORS & OMISSIONS

Occasionally, product descriptions, prices, or availability may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct such information at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 11 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All products and services are provided “as is.” Silque does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not liable for damages, delays, or additional costs caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

SECTION 12 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Silque Bridal harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 13 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access if you fail to comply with these Terms. You remain responsible for all amounts due up to the termination date.

SECTION 15 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Silque Bridal, superseding any prior agreements.

SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
