SHIPPING COSTS

We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders over $850.
For orders below this amount, a flat fee will apply and is calculated at checkout.

PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIME

Made-to-Measure & Custom Gowns: Production and delivery take approximately 4–8 weeks in total (crafting + international shipping).
Rush Orders: Available upon request, with delivery in 15–20 days depending on the design and destination. Please contact us for availability.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME (once your gown is dispatched)

USA & Canada: ~7–10 business days
Europe: ~7–10 business days
Australia, New Zealand, Oceania: ~7–10 business days

We always do our best to meet these estimates, but customs delays may occasionally occur.

DUTIES & TAXES

United States: All import duties and taxes are covered by Silque. US brides will not pay additional fees upon delivery.
Other Countries: Import duties, VAT, and customs charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
