WORLDWIDE SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Silque Bridal, we are committed to delivering your dream dress safely and on time, no matter where you are in the world.

1. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Bridal Gowns: We are pleased to offer FREE Worldwide Express Shipping on all made-to-order bridal gowns.

  • Accessories & Samples: For smaller items (veils, swatches, accessories) ordered separately, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

2. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

Since every Silque gown is handcrafted to order in our private atelier, please allow time for our artisans to create your masterpiece.

  • Standard Orders: Total timeline (Production + Delivery) is typically 20–35 days.

  • Rush Orders: Need it sooner? We can expedite production to 15–20 days total for a rush fee. Please contact us at support@silquebridal.com to confirm availability before placing your order.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once your gown is finished and dispatched, here are the estimated shipping times via our express partners (DHL/FedEx/UPS):

  • 🇺🇸 USA & Canada: 6–10 business days

  • 🇪🇺 Europe & UK: 7–10 business days

  • 🇦🇺 Australia & New Zealand: 5–7 business days

  • 🌏 Asia & Rest of World: 7–12 business days

Please note: While we always meet our dispatch dates, shipping times may vary slightly due to customs clearance in your country.

4. DUTIES & TAXES

  • United States: Good news! All import duties and taxes are covered by Silque. US brides will not pay any additional fees upon delivery for orders under $800.

  • International (UK, EU, AU, CA, etc.): Import duties, VAT, and customs charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package's journey every step of the way.
