Step 4: Delivery
We ship via DHL/FedEx (5–9 days) with tracking.

All Silque gowns are handcrafted to order. Please allow 10–20 days for production.

Shipping Time:

  • United States: 5–9 business days.
  • Rest of World: 6–10 business days.

We offer Free Worldwide Express Shipping on all orders.

Return Policy:
As every gown is made-to-measure specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for fit issues or change of mind.

We stand behind our quality. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a return to our California Warehouse (USA) for inspection and immediate resolution (repair or replacement).

Made-to-measure ensures your gown fits perfectly from the very first try.
Each dress is created based on your unique measurements — a process that celebrates your individuality while minimizing waste and ensuring couture-level precision.
What measurements do I need to provide?

We work with eight key measurements: bust, waist, hips, height, hollow-to-hem, dress length, sleeve length, and bra cup size.
You can add them in the Order Note during checkout or send them later via email or social message.
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we offer free express worldwide shipping on all orders.
Delivery takes 7–10 business days after dispatch. Each gown is carefully packed in our signature Silque box with full tracking details.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
