- Premium Fabrics: We use only high-quality materials such as Mikado, Silk, European Lace, and fine Tulle.
- Couture Tailoring: Hand-finished details and structured inner construction for a perfect fit.
- Expert Craftsmanship: Every dress is meticulously created by our master tailors.
THE PROCESS:
- Finalize Design: We confirm your sketch and all design details.
- Measurements: After payment, we will send you a detailed "Measurement Guide" to ensure a flawless fit.
- Production: Handcrafting your gown typically takes 2.5 to 6 weeks (depending on the complexity).
- Quality Check: We will send you photos/videos of the finished dress for final approval before shipping.
- Delivery: Your dream dress is carefully packaged and shipped via secure international couriers.
POLICIES:
- Since this is a bespoke item made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- We provide photo updates during the process to ensure every detail meets your expectations.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At Silque Bridal, we are committed to delivering your dream dress safely and on time, no matter where you are in the world.
1. SHIPPING COSTS
Bridal Gowns: We are pleased to offer FREE Worldwide Express Shipping on all made-to-order bridal gowns.
Accessories & Samples: For smaller items (veils, swatches, accessories) ordered separately, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
2. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
Since every Silque gown is handcrafted to order in our private atelier, please allow time for our artisans to create your masterpiece.
Standard Orders: Total timeline (Production + Delivery) is typically 20–35 days.
Rush Orders: Need it sooner? We can expedite production to 15–20 days total for a rush fee. Please contact us at support@silquebridal.com to confirm availability before placing your order.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once your gown is finished and dispatched, here are the estimated shipping times via our express partners (DHL/FedEx/UPS):
USA & Canada: 9–10 business days
Europe & UK: 12–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 9 - 10 business days
Asia & Rest of World: 10 –15 business days
Please note: While we always meet our dispatch dates, shipping times may vary slightly due to customs clearance in your country.
4. DUTIES & TAXES
United States: Good news! All import duties and taxes are covered by Silque. US brides will not pay any additional fees upon delivery for orders
International (UK, EU, AU, CA, etc.): Import duties, VAT, and customs charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package's journey every step of the way.
