How long does it take to receive my gown?
Each Silque gown is handcrafted to order.
- Production: 10–20 days.
- Shipping: 5–9 business days via DHL/FedEx.
- Total Turnaround: You will receive your dress in approx 3–5 weeks.
- Need it sooner? Rush Order service is available upon request.
Why do you offer only made-to-measure gowns?
We believe every bride deserves a perfect fit without the hefty alteration fees. Made-to-measure ensures your gown is tailored to your unique proportions from the start. Plus, this made-to-order model is sustainable, minimizing fabric waste and ensuring couture-level precision for every dress.
What measurements do I need to provide?
We primarily need: Bust, Waist, Hips, and Height (with heels).
You can enter these in the "Your Note" box at checkout. If you are unsure, you can place the order first, and we will email you a detailed Measurement Guide to help you measure correctly at home.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer Free Worldwide Express Shipping on all orders.
- USA: 5–9 business days.
- International: 6–10 business days.
We handle all import duties for US customers, so there are no hidden fees upon delivery.
Can I make changes to my order (measurements or design details)?
Yes, within 24 hours.
We want your gown to be exactly how you envisioned it!
- Measurements & Address: You can update these for free within 24 hours of purchase.
- Design Details:Minor changes (e.g., changing lining color, removing straps) are usually complimentary if requested within 24 hours.Major changes (e.g., adding sleeves, changing the neckline or skirt shape) may incur an extra customization fee depending on fabric and labor.
